My art journey is a search for roots. Growing up within a multicultural background,
I don`t tie myself to one culture, ethnicity, or place. Instead, I shape my own identity layered, fluid, and evolving much like the objects I create.
I came into ceramics through bodywork practices. They taught me to listen to clay
the way I listen to my body paying attention to its texture and possibilities.
I work with the coiling technique. It slows the process down, keeps me present,
and lets me pass my state into each piece.
"You can find my objects at Teplo Store Tashkent, or commission a one-of-a-kind piece made especially for you."
Each piece is unique: it can`t be repeated exactly, but we can discuss color, size, and form.
Production time: 3-5 weeks. Worldwide shipping from Uzbekistan.

Shapes by Gaia is my ceramic practice.
"My objects hold imprints of time from my life and reflect the inner states of soul
and body. Memories or experiences come alive within them."
"The shapes I create bring warmth, grounding, simplicity, and a sense of natural beauty to the spaces they inhabit."
